Hello, my dear Hivers and members of Natural Medicine! Javier Liendo from Caracas, Venezuela, bidding you welcome to this new edition of Tuesday's Mindful Life curation. I don't know if any of you have felt it, but the period of noise and heaviness of the past couple of weeks is now quickly turning into something else, a more active approach, aimed at troubleshooting our systems, using the data of the past introspections to truly start making changes in our lives.

In this spirit of self-improvement and greater awareness, the posts I share with you today are all expressions of self-love, love for others and the pledge to make thorough revisions of our attitudes, our behaviors and routines. All actions and words are also prayers and offerings, and every activity can be sublimated into meditation for our benefit.

¡Don't forget to upvote and comment these amazing authors!

I open this curation with the excellent post by @bulldog-joy, where she describes the process of renovating a house, manually scraping the walls for later repair and paint, also as a process of scraping off layers of herself, knowing herself better through the meditation of mechanical labor. She also shares some important insights she's had regarding the attention of others.

In a similar pitch, here's a beautiful contribution by @rem-steem, where she talks about the distracting habits she's picked up of late, and how she's bringing more order to her life by cleaning up her home, reducing phone time, reconsidering priorities and just generally giving herself and her family more attention, hoping that her experience may prove useful to others.

Then I bring you this post by @pavanjr where he adeptly expresses the importance of reviewing perspectives and being able to correct stances when evidence of their inadequacy arises. This is also a great dissertation about promises and their effect in human relationships, highlighting the value of honesty, dignity and humility.

Next up, we have this awesome speech-like post by @daltono, expressing his pride, adoration and confidence for his partner @flowerbaby, who has been making great strides in the practice of Yoga and has successfully expanded it to become an instructor. The quality of both text and images is testament to the love that inspires him!

Speaking of Yoga and physical conditioning, I conclude this curation with this wonderful post by @saydij explaining in wonderful detail and with really nice images the concept and practice of Acrobalance or Acroyoga, which involves two or three participants and the use of controlled stationary postures partially suspended in the air. It's a fascinating discipline!

Let's talk about Acrobalance
