So I plan to do a work out everyday for the next 90 days while eating healthy plant based also drinking 3 Liter of Water each time. I will be doing the work outs in different level startnig with level 1 which I assume I will be able o complete easily on any future resting day. I'll try to do them in the morning (or late evening if weather is too hot).
Level 1 Workout:
10 Minute Run / (or 40-60 Minute Walk)
1X3x8 Bench Press (or Push Ups)
3x3 Pull-Ups
20 Squats
60 Seconds Plank
2x30 Seconds Side-Plank
I plan to stick to this workout routine the next couple of days before increasing it further. Consistency will be key the coming 90 days preventing to get injured.
