Mood is expressed as one’s state of mind at a particular time. It can be further assumed as one’s positive or negative emotions.
A person’s mood can be seen or understood by one’s posture or behavior pattern.

A person can exhibit a happy mood when he sees an old friend or a sad mood when he is bereaved.

Appetite on the other hand, simply means the desire for food. It can be explained as conditioned response to food.

From recent research, it has shown that our choices of food are dedicated to our mood as well as our appetite.

We experience different moods in our daily life, and we must understand that our diet and appetite sometimes take a hit because this mood.

Sometimes some people lose appetite when they are happy or busy, while some are comfortably binging (a compulsive consumption of food or drink)
And as we know some lose their appetite when they are sad or depressed.

Many times, the food we eat affect our mood and the mood we our also affect the food we eat.

Now the question is, how can we stop indulging in excess consumption of food when we are in a good mood, which in the long run results in varying degrees of health problems, or starving ourselves which may lead to stomach ulcer or malnutrition.

To prevent overeating, don’t always allow your feeling’s to dictate what or how much you eat.

If you have the tendency to binge, please try and think about the consequences of gluttony.

Whenever you chose to eat, try as much as possible to think about your choices and make careful selections on what you eat at a particular point in time.

Also try healthy snacks or fruits and make sure you eat them slowly, because when you eat slowly your brain tells you when you are full quicker to prevent overeating.

And finally; try having a glass of water, even when you think you are hungry; sometimes, it could just be you are dehydrated and a glass of water can suffice.

And I want to say a big thank you to you all, the members of this community- I say keep up the good work.

I hope you had great time going through this post, and am looking forward to your support as well.

Good day!!!
