I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life...

If anything, I keep having these swings of doing everything right and everything wrong when it comes down to my overall health and fitness management. It's kind of stupid since I feel just way better when working out, eating healthy and sleeping enough while spending a lot less money on trash foods. One of the youtubers that inspired me is everytday sean (https://www.youtube.com/user/roadtoff) who started working out every day with no exception doing a total body transformation.

So from Thurseday I'll start doing a workout every day counting down 90 days in different difficulty levels starting out slow building things up reverting to the lowest work out on 'resting day'
