Self-Discovery! In essence, this is what we're here for, the very purpose of our lives is to unlearn the codes that keep us from connecting with our deepest essence. We can do it through all sorts of practices, the approach isn't as important as the process itself. Welcome to this new edition of the Mindful Life curation! Today we're going to go over some great posts about the overcoming of conflicts, the cleansing of channels and old traumas, and the renewed enjoyment of life.

Make sure to leave a comment for these authors, all of the posts are excellent opportunities for discussions and fruitful exchanges, and as has been the case since the current global crisis ensued, I'm certain these topics are on everyone's plate right now, it's the energy of the moment. The more perspectives we share with others, especially strangers from distant lands, the more our understanding will develop!

I open this curation with this post by @greenie.girl, where she offers a thankful perspective on the conflicts and tests that we have to face in order to grow. Her vision is that of embracing challenges instead of running from them, seeing them as opportunities for deeper exploration and greater, more expansive living, a stance that I myself share and whose effectiveness I can personally vouch for.

I was amazed by this post and shocked by how little attention it's gained despite the relevance and depth of its subject matter, so I decided I couldn't miss it for this edition. Take some time to reflect on @emstone's dissertations about the deeper significance of Jesus' sacrifice in the Cross, his Resurrection and what it could mean for regular folks in their daily lives.

Next up and in the same vibe, I bring you one of @danielapevs' awesome posts about mental health, this time regarding the tribulations of overanalyzing in contrast with the capacity for self-study, a more peaceful, mindful approach that allows us to understand our drives and feelings in more depth, while also equipping us for the challenges of life and self-development.

I came into contact with Qi Gong for the first time last year thanks to a friend, but haven't included it in my daily routine yet. However, this post might very have given me the motivation I needed. @millycf1976 shares with us her Animal Qi Gong practice, the difficulties she's faced while engaging in it, how she's overcome them and what she's experiencing right now. Gorgeous post as usual!

As some might already know, I study narratives in all forms with a focus on self-exploration, so I've dedicated considerable time to reviewing my past history. In this short but very useful post, @kennyskitchen talks about a book called "Radical Forgiveness" which deals with this work of navigating our traumas and sorrows to reach their source and resolve it. He also shares the PDF for anyone interested.

And now, to conclude with this curation, I chose this lovely contribution by @holisticmom with a short poem inspired on yesterday's Solstice celebration, filled with gratitude for Mother Earth and her gifts to us in this time of transformation for our entire race. In spite of the shortness, it's such an uplifting, sensible post written with such lovely energy!
