Do you like to sniff roses, guys? And to eat them??
Do you know they are not only nice but useful for our health?
Now I'll shoe you the recipe I've tried recently. An old woman who is very experienced in herbs and plants and their usage for health told me it, and I share it with you.
It will take you just 10-15 min but we'll get really a natural treasure!
So we take tea roses that grow far from roads and other dirty places
(I forgot to take a photo Before, sorry)
We wash them well and dry them.
You can do it just open air, I used my electrical dryer to do it faster.
That's the result
The smell was amazing! Btw it's a great way to make aroma in your house.
Drying took me several hours.
Then we need to add honey there.
Roses are useful even without it, but honey adds more benefits + taste
You can add as much honey as you like
So we 've got Honey Roses - very tasty and very useful!
we need to keep it for some weeks to make it more powerful as treatment
So how can we use it and for what?
- Add it to your tea (not very hot!)
Ancient doctors knew that rose tea has a refreshing effect, restores the mental functions of the brain, and normalizes the work of the heart. For several centuries, the rose and decoctions based on it were ranked among the "aristocratic medicines."
- Add it to your toast;)
- And just enjoy it like sweets
Why is it so useful?
The buds have tonic, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and soothing properties. In addition, they contain a whole complex of vitamins: E, C, K, D.
In modern scientific medicine, the discoveries of ancient healers have been confirmed.
Rose preparations have anti-inflammatory, analgesic, hypnogenic, sedative, anticonvulsant, laxative, expectorant properties.
This recipe will help with normalization of the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract and restoration of intestinal microflora; stable liver function; removal of small kidney stones; relief of PMS symptoms, menstrual cramps, improvement of well-being during menopause and many other problems.
Nature has endless power!
