Everything you experience arises from the mind
This is where we should focus when we want to change something.
The body and the mind are not separate, one is a manifestation of the other.
When the body feels, the mind reacts. When the mind moves, the body manifests.
It is necessary to dedicate oneself to clean and put order in the mental home. The mind is the foundation of everything that happens to us, because what happens to us, we define it from the mind, we observe it, we react and we interpret it from there. Ultimately, everything is lived on the stage of the mind.
Therefore, the cultivation of the mind is essential. One can make one's own mind a beautiful garden, with beautiful flowers and lush, green trees that bear wonderful fruit. Or, if not, we can turn everything into a garbage dump that gives off filth through the smell and the very garbage it produces, which only attracts filthy creatures and carriers of suffering -disease-.
It all depends on what food is provided.
