Hello folks, today I am going to share my story about my transformation and how do weight loss work.

Many of us think that without supplements it is not possible to reduce much weight in manageable time well, that's not true at all. The science behind weight loss is very simple and easy, you just have to be dedicated.

So how it work ? or What science is followed in it?
Before starting discussion how our body lose weight lets discuss how it gain.
The science behind weight gain is simple, our body is adjusted to our current calories consumption, lets say our body needs 1000 kcl to maintain our current rate and we consuming 1200 kcl then those extra 200 kcl will be stored in our body as a fat.

Ahan! So, where is that fat stored?
It is a common thought that the fat is stored in our stomach pockets, well, that's partially true but the fat is stored anywhere in your body i.e in your face, arms, legs, back and off course in stomach in the form of fat cells.

Ok Ok I understand but how to lose? and what to do?

Well, lets discuss it.
As I mentioned about calorie consumption, everyone has different body habits for example chubby and skinny types.
First thing you need to do is calculate your weight. After calculating it, find your Body Mass Index (BMI) ( calculator is Easily available online at google) it will tell you whether you're normal or over weight. Also, it will tell you that how much calories you need to consume in order to maintain, gai or lose weight.

After knowing your calories consumption, now you need to do is maintain your calories whether by Keto diet or any other specific diet you like or simply you can create your own diet plan with the food that is locally available in your area ( I did that too).

If your calculated balanced calories are 2000 kcl then make sure whatever you are eating or drinking contain manageable amount of calories, by the end of day calculate how many calories you consumed if above 2000kcl then your are going to gain the weight but if you have consumed below 2000kcl your weight will be reduced automatically. Most importantly, add more proteins in your diet those will melt your body fat.

But wait, what about exercise and workout?
Yes! Workouts and exercise are important during weight loss but do not forget that 80% effect is done by diet while workout will affect 20%. It's simple to understand, workout or exercise consume your energy ( Calories) which will help you to remain under consumption for example, your daily balance consumption is 2000kcl and you have consumed 1800kcl and by workout you have burn 200kcl that will make you 1600kcl consumption or 400kcl deficit.

Do we have to hit the gym?
The answer is No, not necessary but if you do it will make your body in shape. You can do workouts and exercises at your home as well but make sure your body muscles are active. If you will not work on your muscles the body, which was in deficit of calories, will snatch energy (Calories) from your muscles rather than taking from fat cells which will ultimately be a cause for your weakness.

Make your muscles active and your muscles will consume healthy proteins from your diet and ultimately will gain strength while on other hand your body will be forced to utilize fat cells as energy.

So, that's all from me, those were things I followed and lost 15Kg without weakness. That's is story to share for beginners and those who think that weight loss is a mess. Still if you have any query regarding weight loss or any other about workouts and diet let me know comments I will make another article on that to address all remaining things.

Thank you for reading. Do support my articles. Need your appreciation and motivation.
