30 Days Blogging Challenge - 01 Edition - Day 12 - 3 Healthy habits (2021.05.24)

My three healthy habits:

1 - Staying in nature

I often sit down in a park. Either in a city or in a village. I can sit hours in a park with my Harris's hawk, and I feel one of the best feelings in the world. Calmness. This one of the most pleasant feelings in the world. At least from what I have experienced so far.

I also like to be in the garden. Watching the sky (mostly the clouds), the flowers, listening to the birds chirping. Nature is beautiful.

2 - Regularly eating fruits and vegetables

They are not just/only delicious, but also healthy.
My favorites are apple, pear, orange, banana, peach, strawberry.

I try to eat them regularly.

For example two days ago, in my 30 Days Blogging Challenge - 01 Edition - Day 10 - Ten favorite foods (2021.05.22) post, I showed 3 bananas and 2 apples for that day.

3 - Stay fit by doing various sport related things

Nowadays the Actifit app are not installed on my smartphone, but I have used it in the past, reaching more than 5000 steps per day many times by doing things like walking, dancing and other things.

You can also do sport and workout literally, if you like. Nowadays I rarely do those.
