We all have different ways to detoxify the Spirit, mind and body, thanks to this contest, inspired by @mariannalis and supported by #ocd, today I am going to tell you how I can be healthy in a holistic way.

Cuando me dicen como desintoxico mi mente lo primero que se me viene a la mente es crear, dibujar, flores, paisaje, muchas veces el estrés de la vida no te deja ni pensar, me gustan mucho las vídeos de como se realizan estas flores, la manera como se va creando de la nada algo, "Me traslada a otro lugar", así este rodeado de cosas que me generen ansiedad.

Comer saludable es muy importante, y mas para nuestro sistemas digestivo, que es uno de los filtros del cuerpos, absorbe todos los nutrientes, hace un tiempo tuve un problema de salud muy doloroso, estaba estreñida, mi sistema digestivo estaba funcionando mal de tantas cosas que ingería no saludable, a raíz de esto cambien mi dieta agregando muchos vegetales, frutas y bebidas depurativas, trato en todo lo posible de tomar mucha agua también.
Aquí abajo les dejo la manera en como prepare mi depurativo.

Lavas con abundante agua la piña, el pepino, el perejil, el limón, pelas la piña cortándola en rodajas, cortas el pepino también en rodajas, picas el limón por la mitad y reservas.
Wash the pineapple, cucumber, parsley and lemon in plenty of water, peel the pineapple and cut it into slices, cut the cucumber into slices, cut the lemon in half and set aside.

En una licuadora agregas la taza de agua, el perejil, el pepino y la piña en rodajas, junto con el sumo de limón, licuas por 5 minutos aproximadamente.
In a blender add the cup of water, the parsley, the cucumber and the sliced pineapple, together with the lemon juice, blend for approximately 5 minutes.

En un vaso agregas el licuado de todos los ingredientes, teniendo cuidado de no derramar.

Decoras con una rodaja de limón, un cuarto de piña, una ramita de perejil en el centro y disfrutemos nuestra rica bebida para desintoxicar nuestro cuerpo.
Garnish with a slice of lemon, a quarter of pineapple, a sprig of parsley in the center and enjoy our delicious drink to detoxify our body.
