Cocoa is a powder made from roasted and ground cacao seeds. Here I am introducing a very delicious and nutritious post workout smoothie.
This can be prepared very fast and helps us regain our energy after an intense workout.
Ingredients used are super simple and easily available.
Add some frozen bananas, 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 1 cup of oats, half cup of almond milk and some honey to the blender.
Blend the above ingredients thoroughly for one minute.
Add some ice and drink .
This drink is rich in protein and fiber. It is completely vegan and dairy free.
