As usual i make out time to observe my exercise on saturday and it was really an awesome and adventurous moment. Though i wasn't having the time luxury for that, i later left for a private tutorial to teach a high school boy which took over 3hours before hurried up for choir rehearsal at church.
Exercise is a way to stay fit and healthy. It gives your body flexibility, agility, fitness and muscular endurance. Whenever you're feeling tired as your about to embark on an exercise it's better you move on to exercise. It promotes blood flow from your heart to you body and back to your heart. It helps to burn bad fat (trans-fats) responsible for the formation of plague within your arteries blood vessels which results in a high blood pressure and atherosclerosis which leads to heart attack. Your body skins cells renews or regenerates faster as you look fresh and healthy always. You ends up achieving the set goal of a definite shape you'd wanted and you're good to go.
Hope you've learnt a bit about the significance of exercising. Please never over look this but make it a core part of your daily lifestyle to keep fit and healthy. Thank you
