Our one mistake can cost us dearly. That's why one should always understand the exercise first. Then you should exercise. Do not rush any exercise.

How to do Pranayama

  1. You have to sit in a calm environment.
  2. You have to close your eyes for some time.
  3. Keep the index finger on your ear or you can keep the thumb.
  4. Keep your fingers on the eyes.
  5. Take a long deep breath. And then you have to release slowly.
  6. Then you have to make a sound like a bee.
  7. You can do this pranayama three to five times.

There are benefits of this pranayama.

  1. By doing Bhramari Pranayama, the intellect is developed.
  2. If you exercise regularly, then your anger remains calm.
  3. Also helps in blood pressure.
  4. There is relief in headache.
