We can try to be more considerate, more compassionate.

This week I had a couple of upsets, which made me feel bad, physically bad. Sometimes we are faced with unfair situations that make us feel helpless and with that comes sadness, anger and rage.

A few hours later, when I was feeling better luckily, the situation of anger and helplessness made me remember somehow the suffering that we generate to ourselves when we go through these emotions so strong and so harmful. Like an accumulation of negativity.

I was able to remember a message from Thich Nhat Hanh that speaks precisely about this. Something like:

If we notice that in us there is suffering when we feel anger, hatred, rage, or anger. We can understand that others go through the same emotions and feelings, when they experience anger, hatred, rage or anger.

We tend to forget it, but it happens to all of us and we have to be conscious and intelligent enough to see that other people also suffer with their own violence, anger and rage. So, if we can realize that anger and rage are closely related to suffering, we can see that when someone feels it they are generating pain and suffering and we can be more compassionate with ourselves and with others.

This, as long as the other person's anger attack does not harm us in the same way, we can be more compassionate with ourselves and others.

In this way, a bad situation or an unpleasant emotion can become positive for our growth, because by understanding ourselves, we can understand the other and change our way of seeing what is happening and become more compassionate.

In this way we can be more considerate, more compassionate.

And so, in celebration of yogis on HIVE this week! This Yogi get a 5 percent beneficiary this week - @lizbetcontreras. For her great post about Mooladhara Chakra: The root energy center.
Thank you for sharing @lizbetcontreras!

In this post, @lizbetcontreras She talks about how after a pause in her publications she has decided to resume and she starts doing it with this beautiful sequence of postures -asanas- dedicated to the harmonization of the root chakra -mooladhara chakra-, which is located near the pelvic floor. She tells us:

I want to remind you that this is a process of tremendous purification and healing for our body. At first, you may feel uncomfortable or even say that Yoga is not for you but for that reason I will invite you to open the door to the internal strengh and navigate thru this new way of experience life.df

If you want to read her full post, here you have it. In both languages; Spanish and English.
