How I Make My Own Natural, Safe, Immune Boosting, Detoxifying Tea?

(If it does not taste good, they will not drink/eat it). I use lemon or grapefruit, or orange doterra essential oils in my water daily, but I like to make a hot tea for my whole family to drink, plus I can add ginger essential oils to this hot water as a ginger tea (since it doesn't really taste good with cold water). If you wish and you like peppermint tea, which is also extremely healthy for you, you can also add peppermint essential oil to it.
