In the kitchen it is highly appreciated for the wide variety of recipes that can be prepared for different occasions, from parties, meetings and even dinners. For me, eggplant is an indispensable food, I always buy since I like to prepare cream, antipasto and stews, which is ideal for any occasion. I substitute butter for eggplant cream, that's why I love eggplant. We can also consume it roasted, baked, fried, steamed, etc. Under no circumstances can eggplant be eaten raw, since it contains a toxic substance called solanine that can cause damage to our health.
