I started another 100 Day Cycle yesterday where I'm hoping to be able to step things up instead of hanging on. I've been wanting to drop my weight to around 62kg for a long time now but had something of a relapse everytime I hit around 64kg. I will split up my goals in smaller pieces always putting focus on mainly 1 thing. To start it will be getting down to that 62-63 kg mark. I put a lot of healthy food in my body yesterday and will be water fasting the next 48 hours and slowly build things up the days after.

100 Day Challenge
On April 10th I started another 100 Days of fully eating clean plant based, lots of working out, being productive and staying away from time wating distractions. I continue to track things day by day.
