Tomato and its benefits.

Among its main nutritional properties, stand out that they have a high content of water, low in carbohydrates, calories and rich contributions of fiber, vitamins and minerals. Today, tomatoes are one of the most consumed vegetables, their particular and unique flavor, make it the main ingredient in salads, we can also consume it alone, in stews or processed by the industry. Whenever I go shopping, I choose some tomatoes, for me, it is an indispensable vegetable in my house. I have noticed an increase in weight, and I decided to improve my diet, like a lot of salad and the tomato is my main ingredient along with cucumber, cabbage and lettuce.
