A Quick Salute to Quinoa

These days I have to say my favorite meal is "Quinoa And," meaning I have found many ways to mix this awesome food into the breakfast, lunch, and dinner schedule and enjoy doing so in various forms. It's a complete protein, meaning it contains all the essential amino acids humans need yet cannot produce on their own. It stores well. It's cheap. It's healthy. Iron, potassium, calcium, magnesium, B vitamins, phosphorus, vitamin E, antioxidants. Think of it as a pasta or rice replacement if you like. Or just think of it as quinoa. Cheers to quinoa.
