Day 727 | 16.5k Step Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....

I continue enjoying doing regular long walks in the early evening while both having days where I eat healthy including a regular fasting day to get my weight down to around 62kg. Yesterday I set a record 16.5k steps in 1 go without any signs of fatigue or pain. I took the 2+ hours to listen to an entertaining science podcast. I did eat enough during the day and the evening and will be doing another 24 hour water fast on Monday also going for a walk again in the evening. My weight was up a bit to 64.1kg again.

Once I'm around 63kg steady, I will start picking up moring runs again along with some resistance exercises.
