I have got through 3 days of getting up before midday, doesn't sound such a hard thing to do but when you have spent most of your days lying in bed due to pain and mental health problems its a very big deal. I am trying to get myself into a better routine where i spend more time up and about doing things around the house and garden instead of spending my time having dark thoughts. Its working at the minute mainly due to having hubby home from work with him being furloughed due to this virus. I have hubby and my youngest daughter living with me, i usually spend most of the day by myself but due o this virus and isolation i have company 24/7. We are now into 5th week and we are all still speaking, i was expecting rows and disagreements, its been very surprising. We have all been very mindful of each other, giving each other time to ourselves and time to chill out.

This isolation is hard for all of us, we all need to be taking more care of ourselves, taking time to relax and look after ourselves not just physically but mentally too, our minds matter and in these hard time our minds need time to adjust and get used to this. We are all indoors living a life we never thought we would ever do, stuck in sitting around, doing nothing. We need to keep our minds healthy by keeping it busy. There are: **Online courses** that would give you something to think about, maybe learn something new. **Read** all the books you have been wanting to read. **Listen** to music to help you relax. **Crafts** Catch up with you hobby or start to learn a new one. Or how about gardening, this is our time to help the environment, start growing flowers for the Bee's. Whilst we are isolating supposedly Earth is healing itself, with people not driving there car's, less emissions going into the ozone. As long we are hiding away Mother Nature is looking after what matters, we have to do what we can to help and keep the healing when things get back to normal. Planting flowers that Bee's like will also do good, the more flowers we have the more Bee's we will need. *Remember we don't own the Earth we are only lodging, we need to look after the Earth for our children, The Earths future is in our hands.*
