The difference between a mask and a respirator !

*I'm still digging everyday about the situation with the virus and I'm finding more and more interesting information to share !* > From the official news: ''In Russia already 13500 infected. Among the top 16 most infected in the world. Over 1.7 million in the world.'' I learned today something new from a Russian doctor, if you know Russian, you can watch it here : https://youtu.be/ZaeVYAFbnrc *He explained in the video the difference between a mask and a respirator !* The mask is mostly for infected people to not infect others. But, the world health organization is asking everybody to wear it, because anyone can be infected without knowing about that. So, to not spread the virus it's better to wear it for everyone. The thing is that the mask can't protect you from the virus as the doctor said. By wearing it you will protect others from yourself in case you're infected. The respirator can protect people from the virus because it has a filter. That's why doctor who are working in the hospital they need to wear respirators instead. Bcause they need to stay healthy to save as much lives as they can. The doctor also making fun of those who are working in government and wearing respirators while a lot of doctors all that they can find is a mask. *Without that video I would never understand the difference. I really thaught before that a mask can protect people from the virus and I wanted to buy one, but I didn't find masks in closest pharmcies. So, I may order a respirator because I'm the only one in my family who has to get out to buy food. I hope that will protect me.* I hope this information is useful for you and you understand what's the difference.
