FITNESS2020 CHALLENGE WEEK 17 DAY 5

### Good morning Sunday! It's our day 3 of Ramadan and my day 5 for my fitness2020 challenge. Life is too short as they said so we should make it memorable every single hour of the day. Being lockdown, we need to keep ourselves healthy. Do all things that move you, keep on moving. If you keep on sleeping during the lockdown, you will not be infected by covid19 but you will be prone to diabetes and hypertension. We must do our work out in any kind of movement. Let all the toxic elements inside our bodies out. Join me for the next week 18 challenges. Hers my proof of moving from early in the morning until now while fasting. No foods no water this time. And I'm sweating too much.
