Aloe Vera is a plant people use in many ways for all it’s astonishing health benefits. Some people rub the gel inside it’s leaves on rashes and small wounds to help heal them. Others use it to eliminate itchy scalp or get rid of acne and even eczema. Still, other people eat the gel in Aloe Vera for it’s twenty minerals and lots of vitamins, enzymes, zinc, found inside. Whether you use this plant for sunburn or salad, there are many ways to use Aloe Vera, and in this article I’ll be going over how this plant is used and what health benefits it gives off. Now that you know what it looks like, we can go on with what the health benefits are if you use the gel or leaf skin of Aloe Vera. # Aloe vera is rubbed on skin to treat many types of cuts, burns, and many other skin mishaps My grandmother used to put the gel from aloe vera leaves on my mother’s cuts. I've heard others do that as well. Because of all the nutrients inside the gel, (like vitamin C) rubbing the gel from the Aloe Vera plant on small burns, cuts, rashes, and scrapes may be good for the skin and helping to heal the wound. #Aloe Vera is also used for hair growth and healthy scalp Aloe Vera is also used to treat an itchy scalp, to (obviously) get rid of itching, and it is also used in hair like conditioner to get smooth hair or eaten, to get all the vitamins and enzymes to make your hair healthy from the inside out. # Aloe Vera is good for the body’s systems Like I’ve mentioned about a million times now, Aloe Vera has lots of Vitamins, which are: Vitamins A, B1, B2, B12, C, D, and E, naturally you would think there good for something in the body. Well they are! They are good for the immune and digestive systems. They also have horemons and zinc, and zinc is good for the immune system. Infact, Aloe Vera can make the immune system better! You can add the some of the gel from their leaves to smoothies and salads, or even just juice. But don’t eat too much Aloe Vera gel. Occasionally is fine, but the latex in the gel you CAN have too much of, and this can lead to stomach aches and muscle weakness. # Aloe Vera is good for oral health and inflammation Did you know Aloe Vera is good for your gums!? Aloe Vera is good for reducing inflammation, so aside from getting rid of plack on your teeth, Aloe Vera also reduces inflammation on your gums. It isn’t just for your gums, though. Aloe Vera, if rubbed on your skin is said to reduce inflammation as well. # Aloe Vera is great for helping get rid of acne, as well as helping lowering blood sagur too Aloe Vera is good acne as is good for the skin. Aloe Vera can also lower blood sugar. Aloe Vera honorable mentions (health benefits that too good not to mention): . Aloe Vera can be rubbed on bugbites that itch or sting .
