And today I was going to take a break from exercise after doing it 50 straight days with Lock Down. Not to sound like I'm all that ( because I'm not) but I have done some kind of exercise from Running to Lifting Weights for nearly two straight months ! ### But... I could not come to break my streak. It is too ingrained in my psyche to do some kind of exercise today. So I faltered ! ### So I did... free weights workout on the back porch. Really felt great and worked up a great sweat ;) I used dumbbells and no barbells. Also some did some Ab stomach lifts to get my Abdomen cut. ### IS there something... you're doing during these Lock Down periods that you find it hard to stop? Or are you on a streak EVERYDAY of doing something that you find it hard to give up ?? If so let's hear about it in the below section. Cheers to a healthy Life, Robert Andrew
