A healthy brain resides in a healthy body only. Good health is an invaluable fund for all of us. Morning walk helps us a lot in achieving the goal of healthy body and long life. Sleeping early and waking up early is no longer part of our routine, that's why we have all become lazy. To make their body attractive and balanced, the younger generation is resorting to dieting and gym which is not appropriate. In the morning, the body stays fit throughout the day, the body is energized, the mind is happy and the brain remains calm and alert. The nearest parks, garden, river bank or small hill station are good for a morning walk. The place should be such that there is peace all around, there is no pollution, nature is close, birds chirp and the sunrise is visible in the sky with its full shade.

People who go for a walk early in the morning remain fit in every way. They get happiness, peace and good health naturally. In the morning, the tree plants release all the oxygen which helps in increasing the health of the person. Students get special benefit from traveling during this time. Their intelligence keeps refreshing and memory increases. Doctors advise patients to roam in open air and do exercise, yoga etc. to get rid of disease. Playing, laughing, running and walking in the open space in the morning is beneficial for everyone. To develop our all-round development, all of us should make a habit of taking a morning walk.
