Thursday was not my most productive day but I continued my healthy eating / no distractions plan and did and extended walk in the evening around 15k steps over 2 hours which was highly enjoyable and it didn't make me tired whatsoever. On friday will be doing another water fasting 24 hours with an eye to get my weight back below 64kg. I have been steady round that number after doing the 48 hour water fast without having a relapse. I also need to get into crypto trading which I have been procrastinating for a couple weeks now.
