Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is one of the epidemics that currently causes fatalities in various parts of the country, Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is currently the most feared outbreak by humans throughout the world. Various ways we can avoid these frightening diseases, one of which is to exercise. On this occasion I did a little light exercise to maintain a healthy body from various illnesses, the sport that I did was run lightly with a distance of 10 five kilometers. I do this activity to maintain physical fitness, maintain health, as well as overcome so as not to get Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). The sport is able to sweat and burn fat in the body and maintain the body's stability from various diseases. The Corona Virus Disease 2019 pandemic (COVID-19) makes me currently doing routine exercise every day, because it is important to increase our immunity to stay healthy and not be easily infected with Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). In addition to exercising Personal Protective Equipment is also very important for us when doing daily activities, currently the personal protective equipment that I always use is a Mask and Gloves. After every activity, I also always get used to washing my hands with soap, this is so that I avoid things that are not wanted. Healthy life brings the soul to stay healthy.
