Another day of Covid & another day in isolation, its so important we keep our mental and physical well-being up during this time. Since we are all stuck at home, my wife has been making a series of Pilates exercise videos for beginners to help us all to stay happy and healthy. Here is the 9th one in her series of 10 simple Pilates videos. Please be aware, English is not her first language, so she was a bit nervous doing this, but I can already see she is improving and gaining confidence. This one is about the thoracic region, and should be helpful to those of you who spend most of your time working at a desk.
