Day 713 | New Week Planning

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....

I had somewhat of a relapse last week after the excellent 3-day water fasting as I set no real concrete plans and continued to play some video games. I'm done with the Uncharted series completing all 3 games and am ready to fully go at it again.

The 3 main goals life I have pretty much remain the same. Be heathy, become financially independant, become more social and start my own family. The first should be easy, the 2nd I am well on my way but the 3rd is still far away and the most difficult for me. The unstability with the current state in the world also doesn't really help.

For as far as plans go this week it will be pretty similar to the usual. - Healthy Lifestyle.: Reaching below 64kg seems to be no real issue but I pretty much always relapse afterward. I plan on doing intermittent fasting this week sticking to plant based options while drinkig a lot of water also taking my supplements. I will also try to fix my sleeping pattern again from 00:00 to around 08:00 - Work-Out: It will probably be a while before the hot yoga classes start again. A daily walk 7000+ steps will be the plan for this week with the idea to expand this to morning runs and daily reps in the coming weeks. - Productivity: I do plan to take Online Poker a bit more serious and make it into a 200-300€ income each month to cover my food costs making me able to not having to withdraw any crypto, rent income or betting money anymore which really holds me back from growing. I planned to start properly learning TA but haven't gotten to it yet. This week I will start going for that. - Social: My social activity has been non existant outside of online interactions and seeing my family each week. I plan on calling / contacting some friends I haven't heard in a while to stay in tough.
That's about it for the coming 7 days.
