## The process * To perform alpha meditation first sit on the pedestal. * After this, close your eyes and breathe deep and long. * Keep your mind calm and try to concentrate. * Start taking deep breaths along with taking slow long breaths. * Focus all your attention on your breath. * Now try to remove all worries from your mind slowly. * Now lie down slowly and try to relax. * After few minutes, when the meditation is complete, start the countdown from 1 to 15. * Now open your eyes slowly. * Also, pay attention to each part of your body, one by one and slowly feel the surrounding environment.
