If the tumor gets bigger it can hurt nearby tissue and organ. cancer is the most painful anus caused by uncontrolled growth of some parts of the body. Cancer is one of the leading cause of death in the worldbParticularly in in developing countries. There are many types of cancer but the most common one include: stomach cancer, leukaemia breast cancer, brain cancer,lung, prostate, cervical cancer, mouth and throat cancer , testicular, colorectal etc. ### This are the causes of cancer. Poor diet Alcohol Family history of cancer Sunlight Tobacco Chemicals and other substance Some virus and bacteria Certain hormones Multiple partners Lack of physical activities or being over weigh Many of these risk factor can be avoided. People can help protect themselves by staying away from know risk factor whenever possible. ## Measures of progress against cancer/Cancer prevention. Avoid alcohol: drinking large amount of alcohol raises the risk of cancer of the mouth , throat, esophagus larynx. If you drink alcohol don't have more than two drinks a day. People who smoke cigarettes and drink alcohol have an especially high risk of getting these cancer. Family with a history of cancer is advised to introduce snail, mackerel, salmon, sardine and fiber diet in their meal which are effective in preventing polyps before they develop.health experts urge people to eat less fat-laden food and more fruits and vegetables and whole grains to lower the risk of other disease including heart disease and diabetes. Good source of fibre include whole wheat breads, cereals and pastas,beans, brown rice and plenty of fruits and vegetables at least five servings a day. Avoid sunburns : to much ultraviolet radiation from the sun and from other source such as sun lamps and training booths damages your skin and cause cancer so as a result of this. Avoid the sun between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. look for shade , especially in the middle of the day when the sun's Ray's are strongest. Slap on a hat : cover your head with a wide- brimmed hat, shading your face,ear and neck.
