Food-sometimes we can't go with it, and we unquestionably can't go without it.

While I was having my lunch today, I was watching some quick videos on the TED Talks channel. I think, after watching to three short videos, I looked at my plate and asked myself what is my relationship with food? What are most other's relationships with food?

Nowadays, it is a new trend that a lot of us take some matter with some food or macronutrient in a serious way, and this is the reason we are pressure to focus our relationships with the matter again and again, I am guilty of this obsession.

What makes it yet more complex is all this conflicting or one-sided nutritional content that's constantly cropping up most of the time is not sustainable.

Carbs are evil, great fats vs. bad fats, keto, fasting, and the lists just keep going.

I believe as long as you know how to balance everything and you stick to a healthy balanced lifestyle, you never get sick (I have never gotten sick for the last seven years), and you don't gain extra pounds every week then it's okay to have obsession with food.
