Personally, when I saw this new outbreak of the coronavirus (Covid19) on the news, I was not really alarmed, mainly because I was unaware of its degree of danger and ignorantly assumed that it would be eradicated before it managed to cross borders.
Pasado el tiempo este fue avanzando y cobrando vidas, generando caos y preocupación a todos en el mundo, lo que generó esta cuarentena que en algunos países seguimos viviendo.
As time went by, it advanced and took lives, causing chaos and concern to everyone in the world, which generated this quarantine that we are still living in some countries.
Psicólogos han confirmado que por este confinamiento las personas se han visto gravemente afectadas mentalmente, y es por esto que algunos decidimos realizar actividades que nos mantengan en actividad y saludables.
Psychologists have confirmed that because of this confinement people have been seriously affected mentally, and that is why some of us decide to engage in activities that keep us active and healthy.
Aquí algunas mis las actividades en cuarentena-Here are some of my quarantined activities:
- Ser mamá 24/7-Being a mom 24/7
Hace 2 años me convertí en madre de una hermosa princesa que lleva por nombre Claudia Anayad, es mi principal motivación, quería contarles que toda mi vida e luchado fuertemente con ataques depresivos y ansiedad cuando tenía solo 5 años de edad viví la pero tragedia que pudo pasame, mi papá se quito la vida a causa de este episodio y por razones hereditarias, me ha costado mucho enfrentar la vida, les cuento esto por que mi hija esa criatura tan pequeña se comrircio en mi fortaleza, su llegada a mi vida me cambió por completo, jugamos por horas, trato de enseñarle todo lo que se.

- Doy clases en casa-I teach at home
Como actividad lucrativa y distractoria se podría definir esta parte, lo hago 4 horas por día y a veces es bastante estresante pero mantiene mi mente en función, actualmente lo hago solo con familiares pero tengo previsto recibir otros niños.
As a lucrative and distracting activity I could define this part, I do it 4 hours a day and sometimes it is quite stressful but it keeps my mind in function, currently I do it only with family members but I plan to receive other children.
- Ir a la playa-Going to the beach.
Si leyeron mi introducción deben saber que soy de la Guaira, costa venezolana, esto es una gran ventaja para mi puesto que considero que las playas son un gran relajante natural, cada vez que puedo voy.
If you read my introduction you should know that I am from La Guaira, Venezuelan coast, this is a great advantage for me since I consider the beaches a great natural relaxant, every time I can I go there.
- Celebraciones en familia-Family celebrations
Se perfectamente que las aglomeraciones están prohibidas, pero el tiempo en familia es fundamental, hace poco mi hija cumplío los 2 años de edad y como buena familia católica decidimos bautizarla, la celebración fue bastante pequeña pero cálida y agradable.
I know perfectly well that crowds are forbidden, but family time is fundamental, recently my daughter turned 2 years old and as a good catholic family we decided to baptize her, the celebration was quite small but warm and pleasant.
- Interactuar en HIVE-Interacting in HIVE
Esto es una nueva experiencia para mi, apenas q estoy conociendo como manejar esta herramienta, constantemente veo el contenido de los otros usuarios para sentirme más cerca de todos e ir aprendiendo un poco sobre la temática del sistema.
This is a new experience for me, I am just getting to know how to use this tool, I constantly see the content of other users to feel closer to everyone and learn a little about the subject of the system.
