*I'm talking about **Sweet curd with flattened rice**. This is one of our traditional food, you can say. It's not lucrative but believes me, it's delicious. The best thing is, you can make this in just two minutes, add any fusion if you want, and enjoy it instantly!* # What we need? * Flattened Rice * Sweet curd * Sugar (optional) * Honey * Milk powder or liquid milk * Fruits (optional) Let me share the two steps! # Step no 1. * Wash the flattened rice properly. There are many varieties in the market like brown rice, half flattened, etc. The brown one is more healthy. But you can choose whatever you want and available to you.

# Step no 2. * Add 1:1 sweet curd with the flattened rice and then add other ingredients accordingly. I usually add some fruits like grapes or apple slices, sometimes even dates. You can add anything that makes sense to you.
