Hello, everyone! Javier here with the latest edition of the Mindful Life column. How did you fare with this Full Moon? Tough energy, isn't it? But so fruitful and abundant! Verdancy and agility for the strains of this ongoing global process.

The posts I bring today come with a dose of healthy questioning about the current restrictions that affect us all and their impact on our emotions, and also offer wonderful perspectives for encouragement and wellness.

I begin this curation with a post where @vincentnijman's overly sensitive Velociraptor muses about a passing feeling of detachment and isolation from the rest of the world, quite common for us right now, since we're all more or less forced to stay away from each other, an unnatural state of affairs for a deeply social species. Vincent lost his phone and laptop recently, so it adds up.

@holisticmom tells us about a terrible experience she had last year which still haunts her, and comments on the importance of mental health, how the current circumstances may be hitting us harder than we think, and what we, as a society, should start reconsidering about the way we collectively approach psychological treatment in general, especially in a situation like this.

In this amazing contribution, @regenerette discusses individual and collective manifestation, how we've materialized our global situation and how we can either strengthen it by letting ourselves be dragged into the noise, or log out and start strengthening the reality we want instead. Her insights about frequency, intention and levels of materialization are really useful!

Then we have this gorgeous entry by @bulldog-joy, garnished with colorful, vibrant pictures, where she describes her "unlawful" stroll outdoors with her dog and three friends, thus described because of the severe restrictions in her country which, I was shocked to find, go several degrees farther than anything applied in mine. I love this post because it radiates enjoyment of life, something we all need right now!

I've been dedicating a lot of time to body training of late, and I've felt the benefits across all areas of my life. Thus I conclude this curation with this article by @edprivat, telling us us a bit about his capoeira practice, which he's sustained since he was a teenager, and how he's returned to it in order to improve his freedom of movement, something I can totally relate to.
