This is a very basic question and I guess we all have some idea about how we can make our life healthy. But the thing is, we sometimes miss many points and do what we used to do. This behavior makes us end up having the same life. Though we wanted to change.

I'm here to give you just a glimpse of some basic things we need to change to make our life healthy. I hope this gonna help! * Take care of mental health. When we talk about our health most of the time we miss the point of being mentally healthy. But this is the root from where we get inspiration to be healthy, right? Be mindful, do meditation, connect with your inner self, pray or focus, and do some breathing practices, practice gratitude, etc. * Do physical movement. Not only exercising but add more physical activity throughout the day. Like taking the stairs instead of the lift, walking in nature, doing house chores, etc. * Change food habits for the better. Eat more healthy and timely. Bring more colors on food, try to avoid ready-made packaged food, etc. * Take a break and connect with nature. Take short breaks throughout the day, go for a walk in nature, add more green and plants to your life. * Don't compromise your sleep. Never compromise with your sleep. Sometimes we forget how important it is but tries to remind yourself. * Get rid of bad habits. There's no need to say getting rid of bad habits is one of the major things to start a healthy life. Moreover, there are actually many more things we need to add and remove from life to have a healthy life. But I think if we can follow these few we can start the change!
