Recientemente se me diagnosticó una afección autoinmune llamada celiaquía, la cual me cambió la vida completamente ya que no se me permite comer alimentos con gluten. Para que se hagan una idea de alimentos que tienen gluten, está la pasta, el pan y la harina en general, por lo que incluso comer galletas o pizza me cae mal, lo cual es bastante feo ya que son alimentos que amo y comí toda mi vida.
