Hello!!!People Happy weekend hovers💕 How are you guys seeing the weather?? Is it cold or sunny or it a normal temperature there because it is very sunny here. Seeing the weather presently inspired me to talk about the sunny Friday which is dehydrating me presently. Waking up the morning, the weather was very cool just because we had a brief rainfall yesterday night, so plan some schedule for today, and part of the schedule was to visit a friend of mine living in a short distance away from where I residue in ,getting there we started to gist and chill, suddenly I noticed I started swelling and feeling dehydrated, I thought of going out of the house to get fresh air when I realized the sun shining very high while I can't predict the degree rate which the sun is shining but I know it is high, well according to the way we read nigeria weather, there are some month that are also sunny like this but last year due to the pandemic and crisis occurring it was hard to predict but these month is sunny but I know everywhere is heated nowadays in the part of nigeria where I live.
To prevent getting dehydrated now I do take 1gallon of water in a day and refresh my body 3twice daily to let you know how hot it is. Below shows a picture of taking picture sun, can you see how the sun is affecting my eye
Now am about to leave,go home and refresh my body because am having this feeling I might faint if I don't do soo and also planning on getting some fruit that would keep me hydrated like carrot, watermelon and coconut.
