I'm familiar with spinach nowadays. Last year, when mu doctor asked me to eat healthy food, spinach was one of my main ingredient. But I have no idea 'bout the processed. I just boiled it with salt. To be honest, at the back then I hate spinach. I can't eat that. When my mate cooked spinach I'll skipping it! That was because I have bad luck when I eaten spinach at back then. When I read the contest about spinach as one of main ingredients, I totally excited! I still spinach in my refrigerator. I've been wanting to make these recipe. A dough with tofu and chicken then rolled by mustard greens. I once tried it and failed. And now I really get it! Let's get it! **How to Make Mustard Rolled** Ingredients: 3 strands of mustard greens 2 block of tofu. (At this time I used yellow tofu) 1 pieces of garlic 1 sachets of Oyster sauce. Salt Pepper powder
*you can add the more mustard greens, according your dough.
**How to Make:** **Step 1** Wash the mustard greens, then boil it until the stems are soft or tender. After that, set aside the mustard greens. Let's moving forwards! **Step 2** Slice the spinach into small pieces like this.
Do the same things to the tofu.
*this tofu was made in Kediri, East Java* **Step 3** Add spinach, tofu, Oyster sauce, and pepper powder in the blender. Blend it until all ingredients smooth. **Step 4** Take the mustard greens then add the dough sufficiently. Fix it into mustard greens, don't let it too much!
Roll until the dough is covered entirely
Repeat the same things until your mustard greens as much as you want to. **Step 5** Steam the mustard greens for 20-25 minutes. Reverse the mustard greens roll till cooked entirely.
Now you can serve and enjoy it as breakfast or for your meals.
