Hello everyone! Wishing you a peaceful day. Today I was walking in a garden that time I found this beautiful tree that was cut two month before. It has begun to flourish once again.It only means to say that if our roots are connected to the ground then once we are cut off from the top, we can grow again. Now have a look about my steps that I get by walking and moving around the office. Although office is closed for next 30th April but I was there to get some mental peace. Today my score is pretty good that is over 8k steps. Here is summer season going on yet one can feel very cold at the time of morning and have to off fan. Throughout the day sun shines brightly and feel very humid and heat. This changing weather is the causes of viral fever. Anyway we have to keep ourselves fit and healthy for it behave to do some physical therapy. Regards Thank you
