Day83, Fruit Cocktail

Hey guys, Today I made an almond flavored fruit cocktail. It is fairly easy to make and doesn't require much time. It's also healthy!😃 The picture below is the end result.

First add some water to your almond jello mix and start cooking it. You can also add some sugar to make it extra sweet. Stir the mixture for 5minutes while boiling. After this put the mixture in a bowl in which slicing the jello will be easy.

Put the bowl with mix in the refrigerator until it's becomes a solid. Slice the jello en cubes.

Now add a can of fruits and a can of coconut milk. You can also use almond syrup instead of coconut milk for a stronger almond taste. Add some sugar as desired and a pinch of salt.

I like Basil seeds so I also added it to my cocktail.

I was very pleased with the result. The taste was perfect and I ate a lot of it. Fresh fruit would be much nicer but I already had canned fruit at home.
