I have gained a lot of weight in the past 12 months and just started to live healthy again, but have to write about healthy habits, the irony😄. I have a serious case of imposter syndrome while typing, so it will be a short one. 1.Drink a lot of water
I always try to drink at least 2l water. I measure this with tall glasses and my very big ~~soup~~ mug.
2.Walk 30+ minutes a day I live close to the Haarlemmeerse Bos and I like to walk in it while listening to an audiobook or podcast. I also have the brand new challenge to climb the Big Spotters Hill at least 2 times a week.
3. Intermittent Fasting Like I said imposter syndrome. I only fast for 15 days now (did it in the past), but I can feel the gains already. I feel better in the mornings and sharper in my mind. I do the 16:8 form now, but will maybe switch to 18:6. Short one today, but I really feel that I am not the ideal person yet to write on this topic.
