Hello, everyone! Javier here, extending a warm welcome to all new arrivals to our community and also spreading great blessings for the beginning of June. We're almost halfway through 2021 and though the challenges continue and we've yet a lot of movement to manage, I feel we're collectively starting to learn the steps of the dance. We've dismantling our identities, traumas, sorrows, beliefs and habits in order to rebuild them in a more conscious way. This is the underlying theme of all posts in today's curation. I encourage you to leave the authors your votes and comments!

Let's start!

I open this curation with this fantastic video where @eftnow walks the walk while talking the talk about how our discomfort, illness and worries are all connected to how we process emotions and thoughts, to the perspectives we adopt about reality. By studying our environments and inner needs, we can grow aware of these imbalances and thus deal with them better. Quite useful information.

And with regards to walking, we have a great post by @gentleshaid about the health benefits of walking barefoot, from the necessary discharge of energy from our systems, thus preventing emotional and physical imbalances that can develop into disease or injury. One of the best things about this post is how well-sourced it is, and the straightforwardness of its information.

Next up I bring you this contribution by @axlastro, who went to a 7-day retreat in Bulgaria with friends to work his awareness through several practices and the ritual consumption of ancestral plants. He registered the experience in gorgeous pictures and highlight not only the vibration of the attendees but the splendid beauty of the place where the retreat took place.

I've mentioned before that I've worked recently on dismantling my ego piece by piece in order to understand it, and the message repeats in today's Rune. In this lovely post, @riverflows tells us about some words she's especially fond of and offers a musing on ego dissolution, which the union with all beyond any conception of self, using the backdrop of amazing woods as both inspiration and channel for her dissertation.

I conclude this curation with this short and simple contribution by @karmadorje, another of his tales of wisdom, this time about the nature of Heaven and Hell, how we're responsible for both and what we can do to change the vibration of our reality by connecting to gratitude, kindness, humility and beauty. He leaves us with a reflection: evil vanishes when we dismantle our minds and understand them.

By understanding the nature of the mind, evil disappears
