You have to implement discipline in your daily routine if you want to stay healthy

Nobody will be able to stay healthy and fit if there is no discipline in his daily routine, many people sleep eight hours one night and two hours another night, same applies on all other things, especially food and sleep is very very important for healthy life, many people eat one slice of bread one day because they are busy and three pizzas next day just because they have free time 😂😜😅 this is called undisciplined life

Sleep and food are two most important things to consider for healthy life but unfortunately we take both very lightly

If you want to know important of sleep and food just do not sleep and eat for one day and night then feel the difference next day 😜 so please implement discipline in everything including sleep and food habits

Today I just tried to ad some fun in my daily activities report please do not mind it I have to much office work today that's why I just finished my dinner and feeling ver tired and sleepy I want to take rest, may be I play @splinterlands for few minutes then check some comments and post on @ecency and @leofinance before sleeping

I feel healthy, motivated and fit by the grace of Allah alhumdolillah
