Weight is increasing day by day. So I am trying to do some physical work physically. Which is why the main purpose is to keep myself physically fit. Because if you gain weight suddenly like this, it will not be very good for your body at some point. That is why such a decision is made after thinking about it mentally.


Now I am trying to do a routine all the time and to work according to that routine because I think it becomes very difficult to determine life without routine and if it goes by the rules then it becomes much easier for life.I woke up and ran for 2 hours straight and I am trying to maintain this continuity.
Although I was a little embarrassed the first day when I went out to exercise, I was feeling light for a while when I was doing things for a long time and I wanted to prepare myself a little bit because of thisIf I have to do more rules then I can stay physically fit because to stay healthy it is very important to be physically fit now so I am constantly trying to exercise and eat good nutrition food.
