2015 87kg was my all time high with almost 30 years - that was when I decided to change something! You can find an old picture on my IG-channel - it was when I had already started about 3 weeks ago.
Since I was 18 I was almost continuously registered in a gym and paid for it, there was Kieser Training, Active Fitness Stuttgart, Activ Fitness Zürich, Migros Fitness, Holmes Place, Superfit, Mcfit, some krav maga, some freeletics,... but just went about 6 Months a year in the past. So I tried starting very slow this time and even increasing the weights and reps very slow and it worked well. Of course you sometimes get sick, have injuries, sore muscles and sometimes you are too busy. The thing is to always be brave, strong and motivated or again "be andreios".
FOOD AND NUTRITION
If you start moving more, you need more energy - sure everybody knows that. Early 2015 I started reducing carbs and get used to a low carb lifestyle with 0 industrial sugar and lots of organic veggies and some supermarket meat in the beginning.
The 1st huge Problem - SUPERMARKETS
We think a supermarket is super?!? because you can find everything you need there? bulls#)(&
If you talk to somebody who has worked in a supermarket supply chain ASK for the details. The food that is harvested needs about 2 yes TWO WEEKS until you can buy it. But it still looks perfect, but why???
Even the organic vegetables in the supermarket are somehow industrially produced to look good and grow big, easy to peel, seedless,... . I have no idea how it works, but I am sure it is not healthy.

n the last years I did several test. First i compared eggs with organic eggs in the supermarket. A few months ago I compared organic eggs from the super market to organic eggs from a organic farmers market and organic shop. There is a HUGE DIFFERENCE in anything. The color, freshness, consistency, taste and the most important thing is the nutritients inside. You don´t feel any big satisfaction if you eat the first 2 types. You can probably eat 10 eggs in a row, but with REAL organic eggs you will feel stuffed and stop some time, because the quality is much better.
But WHY?
Are you kidding? The chicken don´t get great food, they don´t have enough space to move, they are sick and they are not able to produce a high quality egg in that circumstances. And it is the same thing with everything. Did you hear about the pig hotels in Poland? They grew hundreds of pigs inside a skyscraper with almost no fresh air, sun or possibility to move. They were standing and lying in their urin and poo, fighting and eating each other. There is no way this is not affecting you if you eat that kind of meat.

Germany is still far behind when it is about grocery delivery, but you are lucky if you live in Berlin. There is an organic farm village north of Berlin. You can buy great organic products from this village and also from all over the world with a huge variety. MY FAVOURITE Organic food stand at Schönleinstrasse street market Mo+Fr from 12 pm
As I usually do spontanious shopping and let me get inspired by the choice, I do prefer to buy the stuff myself. Luckily I found a farmer lady from Brandenburg selling her and also some bought organic products. The products are mostly harvested on the day before, the salads and herbs usually are fresh from the SAME morning. You will find the market on Mondays and fridays from 12 o´clock. Don´t go to late as she might be sold out. You can find her next to the tipsy apple. Say "HI" from Ronny the genius chef, please!!! She will be happy about it.
