Hi Hivers!

This is my first blog in this amaizing world of the hive blockchain communities.
I just want to introduce my self and tell you what is my propousal in this platform.

I'm electrical engineer with more than 10 years of experience in oil and gas sectors, I've develop projects in Venezuela (my natal country) Colombia, and some technical assistance to Spain and Italy.
In all this years I've learned a lot about my professional career but at the same time I've been awareness that to be efficient and very active into my work I need to live a mindfull and healthy life. For this reason I try to combine two aspects: "work and health", and in this way I created a startup named "ABarry Shop".

This startup is focus on smart gastronomy and sustainable living. The main concept of this brand is:

1. To help people to eat in a healthy, mindfull and tasty way.
2. Support people to enhance their performance that they carry out in their daily activities and work.
3. Develop and support projects relating with technology, renewables energies and the sustainable living.
4. To Promote and sell organic food and sports articles in ours official web sites.

So, what will you learn in this blog?

Well, in this blog's I will teach you how to eat tasty making healthy recipes, how to get a better version of you and you will know what's happening in the fascinating technological and green world.

Soy ingeniera electricista con más de 10 años de experiencia en los sectores de petróleo y gas, he desarrollado proyectos en Venezuela (mi país natal) Colombia, y he prestado alguna asistencia técnica en España e Italia.
En todos estos años he aprendido mucho sobre mi carrera profesional pero al mismo tiempo he sido consciente de que para ser eficiente y muy activa en mi trabajo necesito vivir una vida saludable. Para ello intento para combinar estos dos aspectos: "trabajo y salud"; de esta manera creé una startup llamada "ABarry Shop".

Esta startup se centra en la gastronomía inteligente y la vida sostenible. El concepto principal de esta marca es:

1. Ayudar a las personas a comer de forma sana, consciente y deliciosa.
2. Apoyar a las personas para potenciar el desempeño que realizan en sus actividades diarias y laborales.
3. Desarrollar y apoyar proyectos relacionados con la tecnología, las energías renovables y la vida sostenible.
4. Promocionar y vender alimentos orgánicos y artículos deportivos en nuestros oficiales sitios web.
