When it comes to living a healthy life, the first thing came into our mind is our eating habits and our health status. Our mental health gets the least priority. It's understandable why we do that. But maybe we should reevaluate our thoughts to live healthily.

It's true that if we eat healthily, exercise, sleep well our mind will also feel refreshed. But this feeling wouldn't gonna sustain long, we have to understand that. That's why mental health should come first.

How can we include taking care of mental health in our daily health routine?

Meditate, me time, personal quality time is the best way to improve mental health. Try to focus on self-improvement through these techniques.

Live mindfully. Be present, be sensible towards your surroundings, your feeling and emotions and life experiences.

Well, I think this little inclusion in life can bring a positive change. Because it helps in many ways to improve mental health and thus gives us a positive feeling about life.

But these are not the whole for a healthy life. There must be some physical self included in it. Two of the major things are as bellows.

Do physical work like house chores, some exercise.

Eat healthily and sleep well.

Healthy lifestyle is everyone's wish. But achieving it is not easy, specially when we live such a busy modern life. But I believe including these little things in our life and combaining them well can give us a better output.
