I love being at my parents as they have a really big garden with some wild areas and I can always forage lots of natural items for my teas and weird tinctures. This time found some honey suckle and decided to make a tea. Honeysuckle tea is absolutely full of amazing benefits it helps relieve flu and cold symptoms and generally helps fight viruses. It also helps lower cholesterol, increases coronary blood flow, improves circulation and helps promote a healthy metabolism along with anti ageing properties. Along with other vitamins and minerals, honeysuckle contains very high doses of calcium, magnesium, potassium, vitamin C, Rutin, and Quercetin.

It’s very easy to make the tea you just take some petals and brew them for 5-10 minutes. The tea is very light and mild but has a nice enough taste.
